Weights

As you get stronger from doing your weight lifting you will need to increase the weights you're lifting. Buying individual weight plates can be an effective way to increase your gym equipment.

We also have a selection of body weights that you can attached to your ankle or wrists. Ankle weights and wrist weights are a good way of making your exercise that little bit harder.
